Every object is drawn as a vector file first — kerf, tolerances, and joinery worked out on screen before any material is touched.
Flat panels go to the laser; rounded or interlocking detail goes to the printer. Most pieces use both in the same build.
Parts are test-assembled, sanded or cleaned, then sealed or dyed by hand. Nothing ships until it's been put together once already.
Where possible, pieces are engineered to ship flat and assemble without glue — fewer breakages, lower shipping cost, same object.
Laser cutting gives flat material precise, repeatable edges. 3D printing fills in what a flat sheet can't do — curves, threads, snap-fits.
Shelving, lighting, signage, and mechanism-driven pieces like puzzle boxes and clocks. Edges are cut clean enough to leave raw or finish with oil, stain, or paint.
Edge-lit signage, dividers, and stands. Cast acrylic polishes to a glass-clear edge straight off the bed; frosted stock is used where we want the light to diffuse.
Brackets, hinges, fittings, and small enclosures that a flat sheet can't produce — printed to snap or thread into the laser-cut parts around them.
Small-run figures, jewelry components, and any part where surface finish matters more than build speed.
